Cooking Instructions
First, peel and chop the courgettes and fry them in oil. Then, put them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
Fry the onions in oil. Grate and fry the garlic. Pour the mint into the pan and fry it with oil briefly.
Pour a little oil into a pot, put the courgettes in it, and fry them completely with salt, pepper, and turmeric.
Add some garlic and onion and let them fry a little.
Add a Pito's kashk to the ingredients to boil for 20 minutes.
Your Kashk Kadoo is ready. You can put it in the desired dish and garnish it with cash, onion, garlic, and walnuts.
