Cooking Instructions
First, crush the walnuts and set them aside.
Peel the onion, wash it, chop finely.
After heating a little oil in the pot, add the onions and fry them until they become soft and light.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and turmeric on the onions and fry them.
Next, add dry mint and chopped walnuts.
Mix all the ingredients and fry them slightly until the walnuts are no longer raw.
Now, add kashk. If the kashk is too thick, add water based on its concentration. This will help achieve the desired consistency.
After adding the ingredients to the pot, pour one glass of boiling water over them and cover with a lid. Let it cook for 10 minutes.
